The undersigned applicant hereby certifies that the information contained on this application is true and correct. I have not omitted any information which I reasonably believe would reflect unfavorable on the church's decision regarding my admittance into an intership at Starpoint Church.

I authorize Starpoint Church to conduct a background check, check my references, work record, education and other matters related to my suitability for acceptance into the program and, further, authorize the references I have listed to disclose to the Church any information related to my work records, without giving me prior notice of such disclosure. I release the Church, my former employers and all others from any and all claims, demands or liabilities arising out of or in any way related to such investigation or disclosure.

I understand that nothing contained in the application, or conveyed during any interview which may be granted or during my internship, if accepted into the program, is intended to create an contract between me and the Church. I understand and agree that if I am accepted into the program, my internship may be terminated at any time, with or without prior notice, at the option of either myself or the Church, and that no representations contrary to the foregoing are binding on the church unless made in writing and signed by me and the Church designated representative.

Commitment to the Northeast

We take investment into our interns seriously. We have a limited number of openings so we want to make sure our interns are serious about the Northeast. We ask our interns to commit to investing at least 2 years of their life at a church in the Northeast.
