Our goal at Starpoint Church is to provide Christian, Biblical counseling to help our church family meet the challenges and situations of life in a way that will please and honor the Lord Jesus Christ and enable you to enjoy fully His love for you and His plans for your life. This is a preliminary intake form to determine eligibility and a best next step and is not an automatic acceptance for coaching and is for adults only, 18+ .
